Discover the life-changing benefits of record sealing, from opening up new job opportunities to providing the chance for a fresh start. Our experienced attorneys explain who qualifies for record sealing, who can access your sealed records, and the process involved.

We explore how sealed records can impact potential future charges, ensuring you have the knowledge to make informed decisions. We also discuss the low-cost sealing records to better protect yourself from being overcharged for services.

This episode features two attorneys from the Consumer Rights Project at Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada:

Jason Fisher is the first staff attorney to lead the Clean Slate Legal Assistance Program, helping clients seal their Nevada criminal histories. Jason spent several years with the Georgia Public Defender and in private practice as indigent counsel in criminal defense and family law.
