Fazal Merint has been extremely successful in business in the UAE for 40 years.
However after advice from his mother to do more for charity, just before she passed away at 92,
Fazal Manekia has committed to giving his employees one month’s salary, for every year they’ve worked in his company.
As a result, the fortunes of the staff have changed overnight.
On January 15, he actually went ahead and disbursed 5 Million AED.
