Chocolate Keto mug cake
Ingredients
4 tbs Almond Flour
2 tbs Coco powder
1/3 cup Erythritol
1 tsp Backing powder
2 pinched of Salt
½ tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs beaten
3 tbs Butter non salt melted
10/15 drops Stevia
¼ cup Chocolate chips
Coconut oil or butter to grease 16 oz mugs
Combine all dry ingredients in medium bowl. Add all wet ingredients, mix well. Pour ½ of chocolate chip in to bottom of both mugs. Divide batter in to mugs that are well greased. Microwave separately for 50 seconds to 1 minute, depending on microwave wattage. Let cool for about 5 minutes. Then enjoy.
