In a gritty change-up of the podcast, we fittingly review the first official reboot with new Bond Daniel Craig in Casino Royale (2006). Directed by Martin Campbell, (Goldeneye) this was a stripped-back, complete tonal shift from the madcap over-commercialised Die Another Day, with 007 facing off against Mads Mikkelsen's Le Chiffre in a high-stakes poker game.
