K: What is new in LinkedIn? JZ: I am excited to inform you that now you can upload a short video to your profile. See Profile video example https://www.linkedin.com/in/jyotindra... Kranti: What are the new changes and timelines impacting LinkedIn Events and LinkedIn Live?

JZ: Starting November 2021, we’ll be gradually rolling out access to the following features: If you are eligible to host your event using LinkedIn Live, you will be able to choose LinkedIn Live in the event format dropdown when you start creating an event on LinkedIn. This live event will automatically show up in the streaming tool of your choice. Similarly, when you schedule a LinkedIn Live event from one of our preferred partners, it will automatically show up on your LinkedIn Page or feed. If you are hosting from your LinkedIn Page, easily add a registration form with up to 6 fields to your Live Event when you create it on LinkedIn. This gates your event and collects attendee registrations before, during and after the show. Your Live Event will now look and behave like any LinkedIn Feed post and get the same reach and discovery benefits.

K What changes are in creating EVENT? JZ: Ability to create any new Private Events on LinkedIn. All new events that you create will be fully public. A dedicated event feed for posting event-related content (which was visible to attendees only). The event post will have a comment section that you can use to interact with attendees and non-attendees. The following feature has already been removed: With the dedicated event feed going away, organizers can no longer send a notification by recommending posts to their attendees. -
