Eric and Meagan VanSchoonhoven are church planters who Pastor at The Bridge Church and parents to Samson. Neither of them started out to be church planters or had dream of serving in ministry, but as so often happens, God had his own plans that didn’t exactly match theirs. Now they are pastoring a thriving church in Glendale AZ with a passion to meet people where they are at, showing them the love of Jesus while being 100% authentic. We chat about what it looks like to successfully navigate a change in life or ministry, how we can support our pastors and their families, why discipleship is important for ministry leaders, and how to respond when God’s vision looks very different from you own.
