Tech can be a tough industry to navigate when you want to be your true self, focus on relationships and not ruthless competition, and truly connect to do great work. But how can we embrace vulnerability to build stronger connections? Where can our self-doubt, false narratives, and internal gaslighting lead us astray from authenticity and doing work that matters? How can we build trust and relationships first to be the best allies we can be, based not on what we THINK we should do, but what others TELL US they need and want?

Our goal was to share our stories and strategies from many decades being women in tech, understand how to be true allies based on empathy, and as always, help you embrace your true self and inner voice as your ultimate superpowers
