Nicol Kalman (aka Ni) is the Recruitment Lead and Founder of aNIthing is Possible. After a degree in hospitality and tourism, Nicol got an offer to be a producer at an ad agency while bartending and decided to take the extra money and go for it. She spent the next 17 years in marketing at agencies and with one of the world's top brands, Coca-Cola. After declining an opportunity to become a partner at a multi-national ad agency, she realized that she wanted to market people she believed in rather than brands.
That led to resigning from the ad agency and working with her former boss to replace herself. Ni was able to put together several different gigs and after being told, she shouldn't go into recruiting and the name "aNIthing is Possible" would never fly, Ni went for it anyways.
Ni is a born connector, authentic and real. She takes challenges head on and learned at a young age "not to go too deep on things" because you might not be here tomorrow.
