He is also the co-founder of Nourish Mindful Events, a company that hosts retreats and pop-ups, providing a space for people to nourish their mind, body, and soul. George travels the world with Nourish, giving talks on meditation, spirituality, and sobriety and hosting Meditation and Breathwork retreats. George writes two daily email newsletters, The Daily Medi Newsletter and The "Good News" Letter.
