I have been doing radio broadcasting for well over 40 years and I spent many years teaching others how to do that and I still do that. I think I do it quite well,

And there is a long story behind it but I often times tell them to stand up. You will be at your best as a radio performer when you do not sit in a comfortable chair, but when you stand up tall straight and with personal power and energy, tell your story and show your stuff and make it thoughtful memorable and helpful.
