Thomas Dudley, who is a passionate advocate for employee-owned companies. In case you don’t know--- employee ownership creates life changing wealth for workers while increasing trust, respect and job stability. But the benefits aren’t only for employees. These companies have higher productivity, growth, and engagement.
While at Stanford working on a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and doing research, Thomas discovered a new passion, so much so that he left Stanford while working on his thesis to pursue his dream and co-founded Certified Employee Owned in 2017.
