Today as my guest I am hosting Zdravko Slavov, Senior Manager within the Climate and Sustainability space.

He has in-depth knowledge on financial products, what drives the market, technology, and sustainability. In today’s episode, Zdravko shared his career path to date; how he initially wanted to do product design, specifically for the car industry, but as he pursued his university studies he got fascinated by the world of finance. After university, he started working in the asset management space, within Product Development for many years. With a successful career in finance, he decided to try his hand in a crypto start-up, which he found a great learning experience. Afterwards, he transitioned into consulting in the climate and sustainability space, where he is currently. Given the depth and knowledge of his professional development, he was able to share some very interesting insights into how to manage stakeholders, how to think about your skills, and the best way to apply them, if you want to have a successful career.
