Jim Ottile and Jack Pearson joined JLR South Shore in 2020 and helped the store transition from only focusing on new cars.
This pivot from new cars had to happen when new inventory fell off in 2020.
JLR South Shore has doubled their monthly units through better used car sourcing, faster merchandising, and working remote sales deals in a refreshing format.
Jim credits their success to knowing your used car inventory intimately, buying cars that sell in your market, and creating a better customer experience for remote deals.
