Looking at a case file doesn’t tell the whole story. It doesn’t tell the story of homemade soup and family outings and a young woman who just wanted to come home and just wanted to be clean. And it doesn’t tell of the questions Samantha Sutton’s family are left with in the wake of her death at 22.
