Women deserve an education around their bodies. Women deserve to have a say in their sexual health. Personal self-pleasure is something that is rarely talked about because women are afraid of being judged by others. Women deserve to be treated like human beings. We’ve talked a lot about what we should and shouldn’t do as women, but sometimes we forget to talk about the things that are actually important. There are many ways to incorporate self-pleasure into your daily routine without feeling embarrassed.
In this episode, are much about normalizing pleasure and being really open with yourself. What's been holding you back from embracing the unusual in your life? It's for those of us who have been very used to holding back and not letting ourselves be open or honest about that part of our lives.
