In this Episode I have a candid conversation with my Sister Liz Vreeland who suffers from Bi-Polar disorder. Just a year ago she was in the Mental Hospital after a sever Psychosis episode for over 30 days. And today she has done a complete 180! I wanted to share her story with you because I feel that some of you out there might be inspired by how she was able to overcome an impossible situation and completely turn herself around. To me she is the ultimate "Wild One". Being a warrior for herself by taking small steps to become the woman she is today. She has lost over 60 pounds, Got her Drivers license (which seemed impossible in times past), Has a car, Goes to school ( which was a impossibility a year a go), and now is a inspiration to her friends. And hopefully to you too!
