Is today your lucky day?
If not, don’t worry, because God is bigger than luck.
There’s a story in the Bible about a pool that seemed to be blessed. An angel would stir the waters, and whoever was lucky enough to be the first one in the water- they would be healed.
But when Jesus visited the pool, it was plain that His power was so much bigger. A blind man was waiting there, and he said to Jesus,
“Sir, I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.” Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.”
The man was instantly healed, shocking everyone who’d seen him there begging for many years.
Instead of waiting for your luck to change, give your life to Jesus. God doesn’t fix everything immediately, even quickly. But He will give you new life. He offers peace, joy, and freedom. Put your trust in Him today.
