Can we change the system? Today we're climbing onto the metaphorical soap box to consider whether teachers are being asked to paddle up streams without the equipment that they need to support mental health. Is there a cultural shift we need to make to stop the levels of burnout and staff turnover and reduce diagnostic overshadowing which prevents children from accessing the help that they need.
