When you find yourself dreading Monday already on a Friday, find out how you can build a shield of protection so you don’t turn into an angry martyr, giving and giving, until your vagina (or penis) falls out. They’re here to promote self-care and awareness to those who are doing their best and giving all that they can give. And never forget, leggings are pants!
