Being in the throes of passion is just one of the amazing gifts associated with the human experience. At the same time, passion can be very destructive. In states of destructive passion, we are capable of destroying not only ourselves but those around us. Many times, such destruction takes the label of a “crime of passion.” A crime of passion is said to be defined as a crime committed because of very strong emotional feelings.
