Let’s start today’s discussion with a story about Lisa. Lisa is an amazing entrepreneur who has an amazing team behind her, however she still feels overwhelmed with her workload. Despite a team supporting her, Lisa continues to carry the stress of the company on her shoulders.
While Lisa is a fantastic business owner, she needs help taking time for herself. Many of us are like Lisa and don’t understand the value of our time. We overwork ourselves to prove our strength and great capabilities. What we need to start asking ourselves is: are we spending our time right?
You can always make more money, but the time that we spend is limited. Start honoring your time, because your time is valuable!
