The way we are wired affects how we show up in our businesses and it affects the growth of our businesses and teams.
So we work on leadership. We work on ourselves. We support our teams. We bring in profit. And we lead lives with full freedom; extraordinary lives.
I grew up surrounded by highly emotional people. I have had to learn for myself how to stay centered in a variety of stressful situations.
It’s our responsibility to look at what is going on, not get drawn in. Think of wisdom and strength as you breath through the hard moments.
When something triggers you, scares you or irritates you, ask yourself, “What is this really about?” and be honest about the answer.
