There are 2 styles of leadership: reactive and proactive.
Reactive leadership is dealing with challenges as and when they arise. Proactive leadership focuses on strategizing how a team will reach their objective, pre-empting challenges and obstacles. During this episode Efrosyni dives deep into these 2 styles, helps you to identify which leadership, the advantages and disadvantages of each and what you are more likely to fall into.
