She did so by simply having lunch with a hundred strangers over the course of 10 months, and collated everything she learned in her book, ‘100 Lunches with Strangers’. Tune is as we talk to Kaley about how and why she did something so inherently uncomfortable to her, and expanded her comfort zone little by little.
