Darcy is the co-founder and race director for Take The Bridge Events and a experienced leader in interior design. She is an avid runner and was the president of NY Harriers. She has also worked on major design projects with Away, WeWork and CorePower Yoga. She discusses good, the bad and the ugly of what it takes to be a race director, work with global brands and bring communities together - while learning how to balance her own life and happiness in the process.
