Laura is an absolute expert when it comes to understanding sensory strategies, and she has a way of explaining exactly how students (and adults!) may feel when going through a period of dysregulation. If you've ever had a student who avoided school work, had a complete meltdown, or seemed really anxious- it could be something off in their sensory regulation. Learning about students' sensory needs is truly key to effective behavior management in classrooms of every grade.
