On our first episode of season 2, we explore Canada's food system. The different forms of farming, how it sustains our environment and supports our economy. In 2021, the whole agriculture and agri-food system employed 2.1 million people, provided 1 in 9 jobs in Canada and generated $134.9 billion. In this episode, we explore the importance farming plays in small businesses.
