Lauren Eckstrom, yoga teacher, meditation teacher and author, opens up about a very personal topic, loss. She shares her own personal story, as she lost her unborn child at eleven weeks pregnant. In our culture this topic doesn’t always get the awareness it deserves. There is a lot of stigma surrounding it, leaving many to feel silenced.
