In Podcast Episode 282, “When a Heart Is So Hard,“ Kim discusses the dangers of having a hard heart. Although we usually think about a hardened heart as a spiritual condition, it also impacts decisions in all areas of life. Who do you have in your life who suffers from a hardened heart?
Our focal passages for this episode are 1 Kings 16:34 and Joshua 6:26:
“It was during his reign that Hiel, a man from Bethel, rebuilt Jericho. When he laid its foundations, it cost him the life of his oldest son, Abiram. And when he completed it and set up its gates, it cost him the life of his youngest son, Segub.
