This week we look at your new prevention of sexual harassment employment rights, which are scheduled to come online on 24th October 2024. We also look at changes the new law brings to the way your employer has to deal with sexual harassment in your workplace, and we look at how you are likely to experience these changes in your workplace.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
