On this Podcast Lindsey shares how she discovered her values when she had a breakdown in her corporate job which led her to find her purpose helping others live the life of their dreams.
She explains how she helps people to live a life they love, without feeling overwhelmed and on the way to burnout, so they can hopefully avoid some of the mistakes and pain she suffered.
We talk about the ways Lindsey keeps her clients accountable so they feel on track and motivated to reach their goals and how she helps small business owners feel empowered to make decisions that move them forwards even when they have a long history of limiting beliefs that might have previously held them back.
