Good Tuesday morning, thanks for starting your day with Joe Mathieu and the GBH Morning Edition team. A rare moon took over the sky last night, we hope you got the chance to take it all in. After many predictions of a stock market crash if Joe Biden won the election, the reality is Biden’s first 100 days saw the largest period of growth for the indexes since Dwight D. Eisenhower held office. We’re expecting President Biden to issue new guidance concerning masks at some point today, and we wonder if Governor Baker will follow it up with some rules specific for Massachusetts.
