In this episode EarlToms discusses when a comp isn't a comp. In this example the majority of people would have assumed and used the comp that isn't a comp. We walk you through a conversation we had with a broker over the weekend. The broker knew their listing was priced too high but the owner wasn't having any of it. That's when he brought in his old appraiser buddy EarlTom to reinforce the value of the house.
