We first start our conversation by talking about how she started getting into music industry things when she came home from college. Reyna reveals that is was the opportunity that she got with the being involved with DAB that gave her the courage and confidence to take on the position that she has now at a major label. We later dive into the ins and outs of what it takes to A&R a project for an artist and the importance of being available and flexible when working in the music industry. We also talk about dating while working in the music industry, being the scenes and how that can hinder dreams and aspirations of raising a family. Reyna goes in to detail about being a child raised in a musical family, whereas she's the daughter of a current 'Temptation" and the God Daughter of the original "Temptation", "Otis Williams".
