Gene and Rebekah Rivers opened their first Keller Williams office in Tallahassee and today own and operate four Keller Williams Market Centres - Tallahassee, Jacksonville, Orange Park and Panama City Beach with over 800 agents and staff and are projecting over One Billion in total annual sales for 2017.
They also own North Florida Title Co. and Penn Homes Construction & Real Estate Investment Company. The Rivers have invested in Homes, Town-Homes, Condominiums, Office Buildings, Lots, Land and Developments for many years and have a multi-million dollar portfolio.
