The greatest leaders are the ones who are continuously learning! The people that we are leading today are more educated than they've ever been. Many of them are theologically trained and require leaders that are as, or even more, educated than they are. They need a leader that can positively influence their lives through their teaching, as well as their lifestyle. Leadership training, development, and continuing education is a must if you want to remain relevant in ministry!
