It was further significant because its writers went on to publish professional Doctor Who works, some of which re-used the content of The Frame. It was edited and published by David Howe, Mark Stammers and Stephen James Walker. The cover which the Rev refers to here is that of issue 8 which can be seen on our Tumblr page here.
