On this episode we welcome former All-American at Utah, World Mountain Champ, and professional track, road, and trail runner Grayson Murphy (@racin__grayson) . We discuss her later start into running when she walked on to the cross country team in college, learning the sport and training along the way, and becoming one of the most successful runners to combo the different types of running in the sport like track where she got 6th at the Olympic Trials and trails where she is a world champ.
