We're coming to the end of a pretty volatile year. It's been a year with both lessons and blessings. On this episode, I talk about bringing awareness to your life so you can take charge, and create the life you want. This is the perfect time of year to stop up and take stock. Don't fall into the trap of thinking everything will magically get better on January 1st, but use this tool for getting set-up for the new year.
