General Hospital spoilers for the week of Monday, October 21st to Friday, October 25th show that Sam McCall's (Kelly Monaco) donor surgery looms. And, an anxious Laura Spencer (Genie Francis) seeking comfort and Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) dispensing advice to Lucas Jones (Ryan Carnes).

Other GH spoilers reveal that Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) tries to sway the odds in his favor. And, Holly Sutton's (Emma Samms) revelations about Sasha continue to cause shockwaves.
And more spoilers from General Hospital indicate tension between Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Holly, as Holly's secret about Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) comes to light. Sasha herself is determined not to let Holly take Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) away from her. This will lead to some very interesting family dynamics.
