Cheree Sauer is the CEO of Success Without Sacrifice, a coaching business that works directly with Women Owned Insurance Agencies to help “stop the hustle and scale with harmony”.
She recognized a need to help female business owners, so she brought her knowledge of business, sports psychology, sports training, and team performance into the entrepreneurial world to help female Insurance Agency Owners continue their success without sacrificing themselves. Cheree is passionate about helping women in insurance succeed and providing a tried and true method that will keep their team aligned to avoid burnout.
