A mission-driven leader, he has also held nonprofit leadership roles, including Executive Director of the Blue Jays Foundation (Jays Care). Rob is passionate about fostering purpose-driven organizations, empowering teams to row in the same direction, and enabling leaders to focus on the bigger picture while building stronger, more successful businesses.
