Tenant's Bill of Rights? That's what Miami-Dade County Mayor proposed to favor tenants to the detriment of landlords. While this apparently only applies to residential, it's only a matter of time until the concept trickles down to commercial real estate. One major U.S. city has already applied rent controls. But is this the role of government or is it better left to the free markets?
