Billd provides access to affordable financing for materials on a per project basis to help offset cash flow issues while boosting growth and meeting the needs of the contractor, suppliers and the client.

He clearly outlines how Billd has shaped its service to meet the needs of many subcontractors who face the difficulty of financing new work. He describes how the cost of borrowing can be offset by taking advantage of quick-pay discounts and favorable pricing that is often provided by the suppliers as their risk goes way down. He discusses how you can grow the business without going deeper into the bank. The structure considers the optics as well, preserving the “brand” of the borrowing contractor.
I am involved with “growing businesses” and cash flow is often the biggest hurdle. I was impressed to the point of me asking “where were you 15 years ago”?
