Tertullian famously asked, "What does Athens have to do with Jerusalem?", suggesting that Christians had no need of philosophy. He, of course, ended up entangled with heresy. Modern men often ask a similar question, "What does the study of the classical liberal arts have to do with modern business?"
In this talk, Mr. William C. Michael of the Classical Liberal Arts Academy answers that questions with a discussion of the relation between the modern sales process used in marketing and sales and the parts of an oration taught in classical Rhetoric by Cicero (106-43 BC) the famous Roman philosopher and statesmen.
