This week we chopped it up with Reggie Ellington, owner of Fitness and Sports Training aka F.A.S.T., the first black owned gym in Charleston, South Carolina. Reggie trains on athletic performance, focusing on the 7 pillars of FAST, which includes components like mobility and balance. In addition, Reggie does personal training and small classes. Reggie has earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and holds multiple certifications in the training and fitness space.
