McAllen Chamber of Commerce’s annual fundraiser gala, Man & Woman of the Year will be Thursday, November 7 at the McAllen Convention Center. This year’s recipients are Roel “Roy” Rodriguez, P.E., former City of McAllen City Manager and Natashia Del Barrio, Bert Ogden Auto Group C.E.O.
