Phillip Bobo works in Hollywood as a writer, director and producer. His journey to working in the entertainment field is compelling and definitely worth a listen. As he tells Chino Y Chicano host Enrique Cerna, it's a journey that began at Washington State University where Bobo was a standout wide receiver in th early 90s. After deciding to leave WSU after his junior year for a shot at a pro career, Bobo found himself facing challenge and adversity. Still, he pursued what he wanted to do most in his life, a career as a writer and producer in Hollywood, receiving mentoring from an Oscar winning actor, and discovering a new attitude and purpose in life.
