The Chino Y Chicano meet at the Converge Media Studio for a conversation about the public forum featuring the eight finalists for Seattle City Council position 8. The city wide council seat is vacant after Teresa Mosqueda was elected to the King County Council. The city council will decide who will fill the post on Tuesday, January 23.
