My name is Patty Cuevas. I have a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. I am NOT a therapist.— though I’m working on it I am a Christian life coach, momma bear and wife located in Texas (relocated from Southern California).

I am passionate about speaking about all things mental health, particularly grief, loss, abandonment, feeling left behind in life and starting over.

My Christian faith is intertwined with who I am and my love for mental health. I have a heart for women, especially mommas, who think it’s too late to start, restart or finish their life goals. Having experienced two deep losses in my life, pivoting in the midst of loss was not only a challenge, but overwhelming. The effects of loss, grief and abandonment can be long-lasting.

I invite women listeners to find community, be an active participant in their own lives and challenge them to let go of the things that no longer serve them in their purpose.
